Una lettura illustrata facile da seguire

Perfect forms, said the ancient Greek philosopher Plato, do not exist in the physical world. They reside as abstract ideas, pristine and unchanging, in a place beyond heaven. The objects we perceive are mere shadows mimicking these pure forms. Artist Dario Santacroce may be giving Plato cause to reconsider. With his latest series of sculptures, he has set himself this challenge: to create the most perfect physical form possible today, with the knowledge, tools and technology available to humans at the dawn of the 21st century.
